“The market access commitments and provisions designed to strengthen our supply chains are essential in the announced frameworks with Argentina, Guatemala, El Salvador, and Ecuador. These frameworks will reinforce our critical mineral supply chains and broaden the coalition to combat duty evasion and transshipment.

“This unprecedented wave of trade negotiations is creating a strong, dynamic environment for American manufacturing. Combined with tax cuts and smart, streamlined regulations, the administration is helping position the United States to once again build a world-class manufacturing powerhouse right here at home.”
