The SMA Plan for American Power urges the Trump administration and the U.S. Congress to take four steps:
- Pass bipartisan permitting reform to fast-track power generation and transmission projects
- Pause premature retirements of existing power plants
- Supercharge energy investments and innovation
- Secure power generation supply chains
